Returns are not accepted on custom design orders.

Stock items are eligible for a return
Return requests must be made within 7 days of buyer receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.

To start a return, you can contact us at loubylgsi@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns on custom design orders.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Every order is handmade & made to order after purchase. I try my best to ship quickly but average turn time for processing is 10-15 business days plus shipping time.

Once an item is the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the item.

North America: 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days)

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
